RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Tommaso Vianello serves as an Associate Researcher at KeyPartners, where he is responsible for identifying and selecting top-tier candidates for middle and upper management positions. In this role, he ensures that clients' needs are met with a consultative and qualitative approach, matching the right candidates with the right roles.
Tommaso interacts closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, conducting interviews, writing detailed reports, and collecting references to improve the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process. He stays current on the latest recruitment trends and techniques, using LinkedIn as a professional recruiting tool to find and connect with potential candidates.
Passionate about the entire recruitment process, Tommaso enjoys discovering new professional profiles, industries, and companies. He values establishing human relationships with candidates, built on trust and a deep understanding of their professional needs.
KeyPartners marks Tommaso's first professional experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Padova and a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences from the University of Bologna, where he also participated in an Erasmus Study Program in Belgium.
In his free time, Tommaso enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and watching stand-up comedy shows. He is also passionate about basketball, both watching and playing. Most notably, Tommaso loves swimming and has a background as a water polo player at the youth level. He is a certified swimming instructor and lifeguard.
Tommaso is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, and has a good command of French.
