As one of the co-founders of the Swiss entity of KeyPartners (KP), Simone Solimena brings significant experience in recruitment management to the table, which he leverages to devise organizational strategies for business growth at KP. He specializes in recruitment activities within the industrial, automotive, digital, energy, healthcare, consumer goods, and information technology markets.
Simone has significant international experience in recruiting talents for various industrial requirements. He is well-versed in the various tools and methods required for recruitment processes and combines them with his personally developed strategies to hire new talents for job roles. He is focused on bringing added value to all organizational clients and partners, and devising new plans to succeed in business tasks and activities.
Simone believes that passion, energy, and human values are the significant drivers that help make a company stronger and more successful over time.
He began his career in 2008 by joining the recruitment industry in Italy, moved to the United States after gaining a wealth of experience in 2013, and finally to Zurich in 2015. He holds a university degree in international relationships and European organizations and is fluent in English, Italian, and French languages.
In his free time, Simone enjoys hiking in the forest, planning trips, and cooking. He loves spending quality time with his family, especially his son.
