PierPaolo is also specialized in recruitment services across various industries, including industrial automation, automotive, automation machines, oil and gas, and power. His comprehensive approach focuses not only on the technical fit (hard skills) of candidates but also on their alignment with company values and culture (soft skills). This methodology has enabled him to forge long- lasting relationships with both candidates and companies, ensuring mutual goals are met more effectively.
His passion for recruitment extends to mentoring others. PierPaolo is enthusiastic about sharing his extensive knowledge and skills with those interested in the recruitment field, fostering the next generation of talent in the industry.
Before joining KeyPartners, PierPaolo gained extensive experience in middle and top management recruitment at two global listed multinational companies, serving both as a consultant and in managerial roles overseeing teams.
Academically, PierPaolo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources, providing him with a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of human behavior and organizational needs.
In his free time, PierPaolo enjoys playing paddle and indulging in his love for cooking. He cherishes spending time with his family, especially with his beautiful daughter. PierPaolo is a native Italian speaker and possesses a good command of English.
