Marilù Anaclerio is a Senior HR professional specializing in the recruitment of managerial and executive profiles. She manages the full recruitment cycle — from market mapping and interviews to contract negotiation and post-placement follow-up — while also developing new business opportunities across Italy. Her approach is that of a strategic partner, supporting clients throughout every stage of the process.
In addition to her HR work, Marilù lectures at Business Schools, Universities, and Master’s programs on topics such as Career Development, Outplacement, and the Labor Market. She also delivers corporate training on Communication, Personal Branding, and Web Reputation, and writes articles on economics and employment trends.
Passionate about the humanities and human behavior, she enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to jazz and pop music, and hosting dinners with friends. She speaks English fluently and has a basic knowledge of French.
