Marco Oliveri, a partner at KeyPartners, specializes in executive searches for roles in finance, sales, marketing, purchasing, human resources, and more. He offers a range of services including coaching, C-suite recruitment, management succession, and leadership assessment and development. He also supports important organizations in the architecture of RPO projects for their most challenging recruitment needs.
As a co-founder of KeyPartners, he ensures the business operates with the goal of providing 100% satisfaction to clients through trust and seamless experiences. He plays an instrumental role in implementing tools and procedures and has formed teams for assessment, training, and people development.
Marco believes that people are the driving force behind a business’s success and growth. He enjoys discussing ideas and strategies with ambitious entrepreneurs and industry experts about how professional executives can expand their businesses to new horizons and prosper.
Prior to joining KeyPartners, Marco worked in the executive recruitment sector at two global listed multinational companies where he has been for several years member of the Italian Management Team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
