Marcello Marcellini joins KeyPartners as a Partner, bringing over thirty years of experience in the executive search industry. In this role, Marcello is responsible for leading executive searches at both national and international levels, specializing in sectors such as Technology & Digital, Industrial, Healthcare, Public Services, Transportation, and Private Equity.
Marcello began his career as an HR Director in the Information Technology sector, where he worked for ten years. He then transitioned to the executive search industry, amassing 33 years of experience with leading firms in the field. Throughout his career, he has developed strong relationships and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions to organizational needs, starting at an executive level and helping create best-in-class vertical organizations.
Leveraging his extensive experience in HR, Marcello contributes to the KeyPartners team by helping differentiate and upscale the business. He focuses on creating innovative approaches to deliver added value to clients. He is passionate about leading significant projects at an executive level, ensuring the utmost quality in delivery, and working collaboratively with peers and clients in a spirit of sharing and trust.
Marcello holds a University Degree with Honour in Statistics from the University of Rome. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, currently practicing padel and golf, and having played rugby at a national level. He is also a strong supporter of AS Roma football team. Marcello enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and recently discovered the joys of riding his custom Royal Enfield motorcycle.
Marcello is fluent in both Italian and English, further enhancing his ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
