Luisa is a Senior HR Consultant with more than 15 years of experience in career transition, coaching, recruiting and training across different cultures and geographies.

Her job is about supporting people to assess their own skills and design the best career path to unleash their full potential. She also supports companies to scout, recruit and coach best talents so every organization can perform at their peak.
Following a degree in foreign languages, Luisa got an ICF-accreditated master’s degree in personal and business coaching. She is also certified for assessment Suite Thomas International with focus on emotional intelligence and personal profiling. She is mother tongue Italian and fluent in English and French.
Luisa is a reader-addicted and she loves spending quality time with her family, better if on a long trail on the Alps.
