Jovana Dobrijevic is a Recruitment Consultant with experience in connecting talent and opportunity across Switzerland, with a particular focus on the Ticino region and Italy.
She acts as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates, supporting organizations in their talent acquisition strategies and guiding individuals toward roles that suit their skills and aspirations.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Philology from the University of Belgrade, where she studied Italian and English. Her career path includes an internship at the General Confederation of Italian Industry in Serbia, academic assistantship at the Faculty of Philology, and four years as a translator and production manager collaborating with international clients.
Jovana is mother tongue Serbian, fluent in Italian and English. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, staying active, and participating in cultural exchange initiatives such as AFS and UNESCO programs.
