He is responsible for the strategic growth of the business and advises SME and corporate clients in the search and selection of senior management and executive profiles across Data & AI, Business Applications, Cloud, and Software Engineering.
He serves as a trusted advisor to top management, supporting organizations in talent strategy decisions through market analysis, competitive mapping, and advanced attraction and retention solutions. His experience in the IT sector enables him to anticipate the evolution of digital skills and to support companies in building high-impact leadership teams.
With a consultative approach focused on long-term partnership, he oversees the entire engagement cycle: from business development and strategic account management to the placement and retention of key professionals. His distinctive strength lies in his ability to integrate market vision, execution, and the development of strong, long-lasting relationships.
Prior to joining KeyPartners, he gained over ten years of international experience in London at leading global executive search firms, contributing to the creation and development of the Italian market and leading the expansion of the Practice at a European level. In this context, he held senior leadership roles with full responsibility for strategic development.
He holds a degree in Psychology with Business Management from the University of Sussex, including an academic experience in Hong Kong, and is fluent in English.
