Edoardo is a founding partner of KeyPartners in Switzerland, where he leads the firm’s efforts across the financial services, insurance, and consulting sectors. Based in Zurich, his focus is on helping clients attract and hire top talent across the DACH region, spanning a wide range of roles — from specialist positions to senior executive leadership.
Beyond recruitment, Edoardo offers tailored consultancy services and develops custom-made projects for clients navigating complex organizational and business challenges. He has extensive experience managing engagements of varying scale and complexity, from focused individual assignments to large, multi-year projects requiring specialized teams.
Edoardo is passionate about innovation, connecting people, and helping organizations achieve ambitious goals. He works closely with clients to devise forward-thinking strategies that align talent acquisition with long-term business objectives.
Before joining KeyPartners, Edoardo worked in the pharmaceuticals sector, where he managed sales for the Swiss organization of a global US company. His move into consulting and recruitment followed naturally from his passion for the field, and he quickly made a significant impact supporting an internationally renowned firm in the relaunch of their Swiss operations, playing a pivotal role in their turnaround.
Edoardo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has earned additional technical certifications from CyberArk and Microsoft. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, and supports clients across all four languages. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, and traveling the world.
