Her responsibilities encompass managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, closely collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and providing them with insights into market trends and effective strategies.

Her primary duty is to match the right candidates with her clients. During interviews, Angelica focuses on connecting with candidates to understand not only their technical and soft skills but also their motivations for seeking change. She ensures she remains updated with the continuous evolution of the computer and recruitment industries, a testament to her dedication to her role.

Before joining Key Partners International, Angelica spent four years at Experis, Manpowergroup. She began with an internship, progressed to a permanent role as an IT&Digital Consultant, and in the last six months, transitioned to an IT Recruiter, focusing mainly on large-sized and multinational client companies.

Academically, Angelica has a Master’s degree in Languages for International Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Literatures. This educational background adds depth to her understanding of global business communication.

In her free time, Angelica enjoys spending quality moments with her family and organizing fun activities with her son. She has a profound interest in books and yoga, and a passion for cooking, particularly cakes and pastries. Traveling, especially to cities, hiking in the mountains, and taking long walks are among her favorite leisure activities.

Language-wise, Italian is her mother tongue. She is fluent in English, previously spoke German fluently but is not as proficient now, and knows a bit of French. These language skills enhance her ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
