His responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and advising
organizations on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies. He also supports organizational growth
through high-level networking, long-term partnerships, and international mobility solutions.
Andrea has more than a decade of experience as Senior HR Consultant and Head Hunter, gained both in Switzerland and
in multinational recruitment firms. He has also been involved in teaching HR certification courses in Switzerland.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management,
and Control from Bocconi University, as well as the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate as a Human Resources Specialist.
In his free time, Andrea enjoys quality time with his family, traveling, exploring new cultures, and reading on leadership and organizational psychology. He also practices running to start the day with energy.
