Senior Researcher
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Stefan’s job entails developing and implementing recruitment strategies as well as representing KeyPartners to prospective and current clients and employers in order to draw in the ideal candidates for the company. Additionally, through the appropriate business sectors and social media, he represents Key Partners and grows the network.
Stefan’s main goals are to work with specialists in his industry to advance his own expertise and to impart the knowledge and experience he has already gained.
Before joining KeyPartners, he served as a recruitment consultant for a reputable recruitment agency in Zurich, covering the Network and Security sector in Switzerland. He has also served as the infrastructure team’s Team Lead, where he was in charge of new hire onboarding, progress monitoring, KPI tracking, metric reporting, and stakeholder management.
Stefan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, with a major in Human Resources.
He enjoys spending time with his cat and enjoying sports, such as basketball and football, in his free time.
