Principal

Riccardo is a Principal at KeyPartners’ Rome office where he plays a key role in developing and proposing customized solutions for clients’ HR needs. He works closely with the team to identify top talent for specific roles and manages the talent acquisition process for the organization. He is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and representing the company in interactions with industry associations such as Federmanager, Manageritalia, and Unindustria.

Prior to joining KeyPartners, Riccardo has gained extensive experience in various roles such as HR consultancy, outplacement, career coaching, event organization, crisis management, networking, communication, and marketing management. He also has experience as a cultural heritage entrepreneur, working on museum exhibitions and restoration projects. 

Riccardo holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics and a master’s degree in marketing management, as well as an ICF-accredited master’s degree in personal and business coaching. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, off-road adventures, and moto-tourism. He also likes reading, networking, and capturing beautiful moments through photography.
