Martina Vegetti is a senior recruitment consultant at KeyPartners, where she is a member of the executive team responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization’s sales and marketing department. She actively builds and maintains new network opportunities and engages in cross-functional relationships.
With a keen eye for detail, Martina takes the time to get to know candidates both professionally and personally to determine if they would be a good fit for the role and the company culture. With a background in headhunting, she has experience identifying and approaching candidates from various industries to fill different business positions.
Before joining KeyPartners, Martina gained additional experience in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry through her work with a scientific research institute and a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

In her free time, Martina is passionate about the mountains, photography, and cinema. She is also an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd, who often accompanies her on her adventures in nature.
