Gabriella Espertini joins KeyPartners as a Partner, bringing 30 years of experience in executive search. Gabriella began her career with a Swiss multinational in the executive search industry and subsequently transitioned to an American executive search group. After a few years, she was involved in the startup of another executive search firm, and before joining KeyPartners, she worked with prominent executive search firms in Italy
Gabriella has extensive experience across various sectors and functional areas, with a particular focus on the consumer and industrial sectors. She has successfully managed numerous national and international projects, showcasing her ability to deliver outstanding results for clients.
She has supported many foreign multinational companies as well as Italian entrepreneurial firms, especially those based in Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Marche, and Lombardia, acquiring an excellent understanding of these regions.
One of Gabriella's key strengths is her ability to understand and convey the culture and values of her client companies.
